JenniferJennifer has always wanted to be a multitasking celebrity. Jennifer was a lover of a wide range music styles as a kid, including Afro-Caribbean beats, such as salsa, merengue, and bachata. Later on, as an adult her most loved genres were mainstream pop-hop, R&B along with hip-hop. Although she loved movies, the music industry fascinated her as well. West Side Story (1961) the musical by Rita Moreno that influenced her most as well as her main source of inspiration. At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Apart from becoming a skilled performer Jennifer became a Catholic schoolgirl. She attended for eight years in a Catholic primary school known as Holy Family situated at The Bronx, before graduating from an all-girls preschool, Preston High School after four years of attendance. Jennifer was a star athlete during her time at school, and was a champion in tennis as well as track and field. The Castle Hill neighbourhood was her place of residence for the bulk of her adult life. Jennifer left home when she reached the age of 18 and moved into with her parents. At this point, Lopez worked at a law firm while she took dance classes at night.
